Shipping Policy

This policy applies to printed (hardcover) books. Digital products (the PDF storybook) are delivered instantly by email and download and do not involve shipping.

1. Print & Fulfillment Partner

Printed books are produced on demand and shipped through our print partner, Lulu (lulu.com), which prints and ships from facilities around the world. Once your order is placed, your book enters production.

2. Production Time

Before your hardcover goes to print, a human editor reviews the book. After that, printing and binding normally take about 3-5 business days before your book ships. Hardcover binding may add a little extra time.

3. Shipping Cost

• Summer 2026 promotion: Shipping is free (standard mail) on print orders placed during the promotional period.
• After the promotion: Shipping is calculated based on your delivery location and the shipping method you choose. You will always see the exact shipping cost at checkout before you pay.

4. Delivery Estimates

Delivery time depends on your destination and the shipping method. As a rough guide, after production:

• Standard / economy mail: typically 1-3 weeks; international orders can take up to about 4 weeks.
• Faster methods (where available): ground, expedited, and express options may be offered at checkout with shorter estimates at a higher cost.

Combined with production time, most standard orders arrive within roughly 2-3 weeks, depending on destination, customs, and season.

Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can occur due to customs, postal backlogs, weather, or peak seasons, and these are outside our control.

5. Where We Ship

We ship to most countries, including the US, UK, EU countries, Canada, and Australia. Available shipping methods and delivery estimates are confirmed at checkout for your address.

6. Tracking

Where the chosen shipping method supports it, we'll share tracking information once your order ships. Economy mail may not include tracking.

7. Problems With Your Order

If your book arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated window, please see our Refund Policy or email info@booku.design and we'll make it right.
