A Mystery Where Your Child Is the Detective
Create a detective story, or a whole series, where your child is the detective. With Mum, Dad, Grandma, Grandpa, a brother or a sister, they open their own detective agency. Pick one of our cases or suggest your own: “I want my child to investigate a bank robbery in Tallinn.” A detective with a magnifying glass or a police officer in full uniform — you choose that too. Everyone is drawn from your photos.

How the book works
1
Clues, not riddles
Tyre tracks, a torn label, a ticket with the wrong time on it — the case is solved from real evidence you can see in the pictures.
2
Your child makes the deduction
No case is closed by a confession or by luck: the decisive idea is the young detective’s own.
3
A grandparent or parent as partner
The grown-up is an equal partner with experience and finds of their own — never the boss, never the sidekick. Or a detective of your child’s own age.
4
Every book is a new case
A stakeout, a tail, “which of us did it?” on a night train, or a chase: the next book in the series works differently.

Questions parents ask
What age are the detective stories for?
Children aged 3 to 8. We set the length of each page to your child’s exact age: short sentences for a three-year-old, a real investigation with several clues for an eight-year-old.
Will it be scary?
No. There are no weapons, nobody gets hurt, and the thief is caught rather than punished. The tension is in the chase, the stakeout and the reveal — never in cruelty.
Can Grandma or Grandpa be the partner?
Yes. A grandparent or parent becomes the young detective’s equal partner, with experience and finds of their own. We draw them from your photos.
What if my child is on their own?
Then they get a detective partner of their own age from the agency — and your child still makes the decisive deduction.
Can I order the next case?
Yes. Each book in the series works differently — a stakeout, a tail, “which of us did it?” or a chase — so the second case never repeats the first.
