Refund Policy
Last updated: March 4, 2026At Booku, we want you to be happy with your custom storybook. If you’re not satisfied, we’ll make it right.
1. Full Illustrated Books
Since each book is custom-generated for your child, we handle refunds on a case-by-case basis:
- Before generation: If you have not yet triggered full story generation, you may request a full refund.
- Quality issues: If the generated content contains errors, inappropriate material, or does not match the details you provided, we will either regenerate the book or issue a full refund.
- Dissatisfaction: If you’re not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
2. Audiobook Add-ons
Audiobook add-on refunds follow the same policy as illustrated books. If the audio quality is poor or does not match the story content, we will regenerate it or issue a refund.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email us at info@booku.design with your order details.
- Include a brief description of the issue.
- We will respond within 3 business days.
4. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed through Paddle to the original payment method.
- Refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
